Information

Race begins at 9:00 am.  All racers start together. 

The course begins with a 3 mile run, followed by a 1 mile Kayak and concludes with a 10 mile mountain bike ride

AWARDS

T-Shirts will be awarded to all participants.  The top three participants in each age division will receive a medal.  Special award to the overall male and female competitor.
